Hakkasan Launches New Signature Menu in Celebration of China's Golden Week

This autumn, Hakkasan will celebrate the annual Chinese holiday Golden Week between Monday, September 28 and Sunday, October 18 at its locations around the world including Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai, Las Vegas, London, Miami, Mumbai, New York, San Francisco and Shanghai.

To mark Golden Week, Hakkasan Las Vegas restaurant will feature a limited edition signature menu, which includes new dishes that cater specifically to the traditional Chinese palate alongside a specialty cocktail and an exclusive dessert offering. Dishes from the signature menu include a Supreme dim sum platter, a luxurious take on their more traditional steamed dim sum platter featuring dumplings such as Lychee and lobster, Abalone shumai with caviar, Alaskan king crab, and Dover sole dumpling with black truffle.

The menu also comprises of Crispy eggplants with dried fish floss, Steamed red snapper in royal supreme sauce with golden enoki, Braised Boston lobster in superior stock, Wok-fried rib-eye beef with lotus root and black pepper, Stir-fry asparagus with morel ginkgo nut and lotus seed and Fried rice with diced abalone. To end the menu, guests will be offered Dark chocolate and black sesame cremeux with yuzu ice cream and sesame Florentine. All items will also be available à la carte. The limited-edition menu is priced at $138.88, in tradition with China's lucky number eight, for parties of two or more.

A signature cocktail, the Golden Iced Tea has also been created for Golden Week made with Belvedere vodka, Tanqueray No. 10 gin, Tapatio Reposado tequila, Diplomatico Reserva rum, Cointreau, orchid tea syrup, peach bitters and Champagne available for $15 There is also a non-alcoholic version, Soft Golden Iced Tea, will be available created with peach juice, orchid tea and Ginger ale priced at $7.

To ensure the experience in the restaurant is enjoyable for all guests, Hakkasan has Mandarin-speaking staff on-site and in reservations, and accepts China Union Pay, the Chinese credit card of choice. Menus and websites will be translated to Mandarin and staff will be fully trained in Chinese etiquette.
