Arden of Great Day Gardens says, "This is extremely beneficial for the community, as it closes the loop between high cost farm essentials and the 40% of food wasted in the country."

Executive Chef Heather Cash, former sous chef from Skyland in Shenandoah National Park, is extremely excited for the end result the culinary team has been working hard to craft.
