Bourbon enthusiasts are invited to enjoy four courses paired with bourbons from Jefferson's reserves - including an exclusive, limited Single Barrel Select Bourbon chosen specially by Palladino.

Before dinner, enjoy a special happy hour featuring special cocktails and bites at the bar. After dinner, LP Steak will host an after-party giving guests a final chance to bend elbows with Jefferson's representatives. Tickets are $95 per person for the pairing dinner, or $120 per person for pairing dinner plus a one-of-a-kind Chef Palladino 750 ML Bottle of Single Barrel Select Bourbon. Expertly-crafted cocktails during the before and after happy hours are pay-as-you-go.

Tickets are available by calling 610-768-5003. For more information, visit LPsteak.com, follow @lpsteak on Twitter and like LP Steak on Facebook.

"This dinner came about after we met with the passionate people from Jefferson's and sampled their amazing products," said Palladino. "I found a barrel I loved, and they allowed us to call it our own. I thought it would be fun to pair my single barrel select bourbon and some of Jefferson's other bourbons with food. This dinner is a fun way for us to create a menu paired with a craft, distilled drink with character that isn't wine."

Reservations for this one-night-only dinner can be secured by calling 610-768-5003. Pricing is $95 per person for the pairing dinner, or $120 per person for pairing dinner plus a one-of-a-kind Chef Palladino 750 ML Bottle of Single Barrel Select Bourbon bottled from the barrel that Luke Palladino fell in love with. Seating is limited for the dinner. The happy hour and after party are free and open to the public.
