Winifred Haun & Dancers will present the premiere of an all new international artistic collaboration, "Trashed," on March 18 & 19 at Aloft Circus Arts. Trashed is choreographed by Winifred Haun and renowned Australian Circus Art, Emma Serjeant, who will also perform in the work.

Trashed is a completely new movement tour-de-force that combines Modern Dance with Contemporary Circus to tell the story of how humans have to come to clutter their lives with too much stuff, and how all that stuff keeps us from each other. Major support for the creation of Trashed comes from the International Connections Fund of the John D. Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.

Additional program details will be released in January 2017.

The premiere of Trashed can be seen on Saturday, March 18 at 5:30pm and 8:30pm and Sunday, March 19 at 4:30pm at Aloft Circus Arts, 3324 N. Wrightwood in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood. Tickets are $30/general admission and can be purchased on line at www.BrownPaperTickets.com (Ticket link: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2724560). Street parking is available.
