Valerie Green/Dance Entropy Set for Queens Theatre, 11/1-2

Queens Theatre (QT) and Managing Director Taryn Sacramone are thrilled to present the innovative Queens-based company, VALERIE GREEN/DANCE ENTROPY, on November 1 at 2pm & 8pm and November 2 at 3pm. The modern dance program will feature a multi-ethnic company of gifted dancers, whose work is surprising, bold, dynamic - and completely captivating. VALERIE GREEN/DANCE ENTROPY will present a diverse program featuring three energetic works: Inexplicable Space, an odd, mysterious collection of movements and encounters amidst an installation of steaming crystal balls and flying orbs inspired by 50 fortune cookies; Hinge, a movement tour de force, celebrating the time-honored tradition of live music and dance with MuSE-Multicultural Sonic Evolution; and the premiere of Titanic.Si, a dance/theater work based on the story of the great ship Titanic, a special project with guest artists from Slovenia.
