Hop on a Magic Carpet Ride with ComedySportz's Aladdin: UNSCRIPTED, 5/3-7/26

Looking for a new and exciting destination for late-night entertainment? Join Aladdin, Genie and friends on a magic carpet ride to ComedySportz's Aladdin: UNSCRIPTED-a bawdy parody of Disney's magical tale opening this May, 2014.

Continuing the dynamite formula of previous UNSCRIPTED works, the ComedySportz pros mix things up, incorporating audience suggestions into the musical fantasy and reshaping a familiar story into something new and hilarious! The key structure and memorable characters of "Aladdin" are maintained, however, comical changes are bound to occur under the influence of audience suggestions. Instead of searching for an oil lamp, Jafar might look for an iPad mini; instead of Genie magically appearing, Marvin Zindler might grant Aladdin three dates at the Chicken Ranch; and the enchanted carpet ride may just be ridesharing on a Lyft. It's all up to the audience and the possibilities are endless!

Performances begin on Saturday, May 3rd, at 10:30pm and continue every Saturday through July 26th. Late-night show tickets are $12 each for general admission seating. Unlike the regular matches, ComedySportz players will be performing without a referee or penalties for foul language. For this reason, Aladdin: UNSCRIPTED is an adults-only show, ages 17+.

ComedySportz also offers The Great Game Show Mash-Up, another late-night improv show on Fridays at 10:30pm.
