Toronto based performers Brie Watson and Gillian English, collectively known as improv comedy duo "Exit, Pursued by a Bear", are celebrating the first anniversary of their monthly comedy variety show "Exit, Pursued by a Bear & Friends" with an epic night of hilarity featuring some of Toronto's funniest and most talented performers.

The show will be headlined by the Exit, Pursued by a Bear, who have recently returned from a successful run of shows at the Atlantic Fringe Festival in Halifax, Nova Scotia where their "fast pace improv comedy" show was called "perfectly enjoyable silliness" by The Coast magazine. The duo rely on their dynamic chemistry, relatable characters and sometimes surreal situations to take you on an adventure into the world of the smart and the silly, with a healthy serving of slapstick!

Joining EPBAB on stage that night will be sketch troupes L'il Rasgals (Chelsea Larkin and Susannah Kiernan), Palcoholics (Matt Nadeau and Aaron Peever) and fresh from his performance at SiriusXM's Top Comic, stand-up comedian Ryan Dillon.

The anniversary celebrations are set to commence on Thursday, October 15th at 8:00 p.m. at the Social Capital Theatre (154 Danforth Ave. 2nd Floor,) the home to the duo's variety show for the past year. Tickets will be available at the door and will cost $5 per person.
