Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET), North Fulton's only professional theatre company, will finish up its 24thseason with Million Dollar Quartet, the smash-hit Tony Award-winning musical inspired by the famed recording session that brought together rock 'n' roll icons Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins for the first and only time. Based on a true event, the production runs April 6th through 23rd, 2017 at the theatre's home in the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. Chris Damiano, as both Director and Music Director is at the helm of this fast-paced Broadway musical that serves up all the hits we know and love. Million Dollar Quartet: Book by Floyd Mutrux and Colin Escott; featuring the music of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins.

On December 4, 1956, history was made when these four young musicians gathered at Sun Records in Memphis for what would be one of the greatest impromptu jam sessions ever. It brings to light the extraordinary story of broken promises, secrets, and the once-in-a-lifetime celebration of four friends that is both poignant and heartwarming. Million Dollar Quartet brings that legendary night to life, featuring a score of rock hits including "Blue Suede Shoes," "Fever," "That's All Right," "Sixteen Tons," "Great Balls of Fire," "Walk the Line," "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On," "Folsom Prison Blues," "Hound Dog" and more.

This thrilling musical brings you inside the recording studio with four major talents who came together as a red-hot rock 'n' roll band for one unforgettable night. Speaking with Artistic Director Robert Farley about the production he said, "We've been looking forward to bringing this long running Broadway mega-hit to our patrons for over a year. It's amazing to see and hear these rock 'n' roll legends and I know audiences will love being a fly on the wall of this historic moment in time and music."
