Brendon Walsh Comes Comix at Foxwoods Tonight
Comix At Foxwoods will host the West Coast's hottest rising comedy star, Brendon Walsh, for a series of three performances tonight, March 14 and Saturday, March 15. Walsh will take the stage two nights in a row at 8 p.m., followed by a 'Nasty' show at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Tickets are currently available and can be purchased in advance for $20 ($30 day of) or $40 ($50 day of). A two drink minimum applies to all ticket. The shows are 21+ and for mature audiences only.

Originally hailing from Philadelphia, Walsh established himself in comedy in Austin, Tex. when he won the 2004 "Funniest Person In Austin" contest. That same year, he also appeared on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live, and has since received dozens of awards and accolades for his unique brand of standup, including being voted "Best Stand-Up Comedian" in the Austin Chronicle's "Readers Poll" in both 2005 and 2006.
Walsh has appeared on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and on Season 4 of NBC's Last Comic Standing. He was also featured in the "New Faces" showcase at the 2008 Just For Laughs comedy festival in Montreal where he was recognized as one of the breakout performers. His small screen credits include being the first stand-up to premiere on TBS' Conan, and Comedy Central's John Oliver's New York Standup Show, and he can be regularly seen performing at famous West Coast comedy venues, such as Largo, the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Improv and Comedy Store, as well as several alternative rooms.
In 2010, he wrote Crowded Apartment, which he subsequently sold to SpikeTV. In 2012, he wrote and sold the show Walsh, to Comedy Central and premiered his Comedy Central Stand Up Presents: The Half Hour special. In 2013, he performed at the Melbourne Comedy Festival, appeared on IFC's Maron, FX's Legit and Comedy Central's@Midnight. Brendon is currently headlining across America, and his debut CD will be released in 2014.
