After a brief hiatus from his role as Donald Trump on SNL last week, Alec Baldwin slipped into his lizard suit and returned to play the conman for a Christmas-themed cold open featuring Kellyanne Conway (Kate McKinnon), Vladimir Putin (Beck Bennett), and Trump's pick for Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson (John Goodman).

The sketch opens with Trump and Conway running through the list of responsibilities Trump needs to fulfill before the holidays, leading to a confused Trump discovering that, in addition to not being a part-time job, the role of the President is one he can't appoint to someone else. The conversation is interrupted, however, when a shirtless Vladimir Putin arrives via the chimney, carrying a Santa bag containing, among other things, an innocuous Elf on the Shelf that is definitely not wired to hack into the White House server. For sure not.

Vlad's not the only super villain invited to the Trump quarters, though; Rex Tillerson is in town! Portrayed by John Goodman, Tillerson arrives for what he believes to be a standard meeting with Trump, until he sees his pal Putin. The pair exchange a Parent Trap-style handshake before cozying up for a sidebar on how best to take over the world and destroy our planet. Meanwhile, Trump stands to the side, blabbering about Vanity Fair.

Check out the by turns hilarious and terrifying video!
