The Sticky series is back, presenting one-night of original bar plays at Beauty Bar, in Brooklyn, NY. 10-minute bar play series Sticky features plays by Brooke Berman, Libby Emmons, Hal Corley, David L. Williams, Nandita Shenoy, and J. Michael Grey. Tonight, February 5, 7:30 pm at Beauty Bar, 249 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, 11215, $10 advance, $15 at the door, via stickyseries.bpt.me.

The February 5th show is the first of three Stickies happening this season, the next are March 5th and April 2nd. More info can be found at stickyseries.wordpress.com. Sticky was in residence at Bowery Poetry Club until 2012, and has also played Galapagos Art Space, D-Lounge, The Flea, Under Saint Marks, and has popped up at bars in the Lower East Side and Williamsburg. Sticky has produced over 300 plays, by playwrights both local and worldwide. The deep pool of downtown actors and directors who have worked on Sticky have gone on to found their own production companies, star on network sitcoms, perform on and off Broadway, regionally, and internationally.
