Cotuit Center for the Arts is looking for dynamic performers for their upcoming production of the Off-Broadway hit Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well and Living in Paris.

This unique musical revue is a theatrical tribute to the work of Jacques Brel, who "wrung himself dry" with every performance. This production will be a phenomenal showcase for the right cast, and will transport the audience to a 1960s Paris nightclub. Performances will be held February 2-18, Thurs-Sun.

Auditions will be held in the main performance space at Cotuit Center for the Arts at 7:30 p.m. on Monday December 5 and Tuesday December 6. Please bring a prepared piece that shows off your ability to both sing and act the song. You may be asked to try the song in several different styles, and to harmonize with another singer. There will be a short cold reading, including one or two phrases in French (though knowledge of the French language is NOT required for this show!).

Call backs will be held on Wednesday December 7 at 7:30 p.m. and will consist of a dance audition and sight reading from the vocal score itself.

Directed by Kiley Donovan
Music Direction by Geraldine Boles
Choreography by Pamela Wills
