Tickets to CYT-North Idaho's JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT Now On Sale

Christian Youth Theater-North Idaho (CYT-North Idaho) is bringing Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, to the S.A. Kroc Theater, February 28-Mar 9. Seventy two local children ages 8-18 currently taking CYT-NI's theater arts winter classes are busy in rehearsals for this production of one of Andrew Lloyd Webber's most beloved shows.

The Old Testament story of Joseph (who goes from favorite son to slave to powerful leader) and his eleven brothers is a simple but powerful tale of betrayal and forgiveness. First written for St. Paul's Junior School Choir in 1967, Andrew Lloyd Webber's ?rst production of Joseph was only 15 minutes long! Since then the musical has become an extravagant kaleidoscope of color and sound, delighting audiences the world over. The music uses a variety of styles, from country western to calypso, giving audience members a feast for the eyes and ears.

February 28, Mar 1, 7, & 8 at 7 p.m.; Mar 1, 2, 8 & 9 at 3 p.m. (Mar 1 at 3 p.m. is a Family Discount Matinee [all tickets $8])

Tickets range in price from $8-$14. Discounted group rates are also available.
