Stub Hub pick up help

I'm considering using Stub Hub today with a pick up on 1412 Broadway. Anyone ever done this? Legit? No problems? Never used them. Thx!

I think that's the location I used in April and I had no problem.  What's the cross street?

I've done the reverse (dropped tickets off to sell so someone else could pick them up). Very legit.

Ethel;  I think that's it.  But I can't give you 100 percent certainty .  However ; StubHub is very legit...
