A Go-Go's musical directed by Michael Mayer? I think I just orgasmed. Although I'd rather have a Bangles musical. Or, even better, a mix of the two.

Sounds pretty great, actually. The story sounds a hot mess. I don't know that that will translate well, but I'd totally see it.

And I think Charity at the Circle makes the most sense.

As someone who say this show at Oregon Shakespeare Festival last year, I have to say it was one of the WORST THINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN. The direction was all over the place, the book made no sense, and the show was Homophobic, Transphobic and sexist. I was not the only one who felt this way. Ushers at the theatre told me they get complaints all the time when the show was running about how the show was just awful. This should be the LAST THING ON BROADWAY. That fact was Paltrow is still pushing this makes me sick. She should have seen the theatre after intermission, half the crowd left. Then during the second act, people who leaving. After the most transphobic joke i have ever heard was said, the whole audience booed. This show is disgusting

Though I'd imagine it'll be some time before IN TRANSIT announces a closing date, but CHARITY to Circle really needs to happen.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
