when are the next set of tickets supossed to come out? I'm trying to take a trip to London in the summer of 2017 so I'll be looking for tickets from June to August 2017.

They haven't announced it, but most shows release a big batch on the day press night/day after so people can see the reviews and then buy tickets. That isn't till the 30th of July though.
