Hello, I recently purchased tickets to see "Fun Home" and I decided to receive them through email. However, I seemed to have deleted the email that contained the ticket.
I've contacted Telecharge with the email it was sent to, the confirmation number, and offered to show the credit card it was purchased with.
Has anyone had this experience? Did they re send the ticket with no issue? The show is this Thursday and I'm just nervous of not being able to see this much anticipated show.
I doubt you will have any issue. They have always got back to me pretty quickly. Once I hadn't received my email with the ticket and they emailed it within an hour or so without asking for anymore information.
You can always have the box office print you a ticket when you arrive at the theatre, as well. I've done that in the past when I've forgotten to print an e-ticket, and I've never had a problem.
