Ghost, the new musical starring Caissie Levy and Richard Fleeshman as Molly Jensen and Sam Wheat will open on Broadway at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Emmy, Golden Globe and Grammy Award-winning star of screen, television and stage, Beau Bridges, returns to Broadway for the first time in 38 years in his first musical as J. B. Last night, December 5, the Roundabout Theatre Company presented a one night only benefit performance of SHE LOVES ME at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre. The romantic musical comedy features a book by Joe Masteroff (Cabaret), music by Jerry Bock and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick (Fiddler on the Roof). A CHARITY CASE starring Two-Time Tony Nominee Alison Fraser, Alysia Reiner (Sideways) and Jill Shackner (Les Miserables) opened last night, November 2nd at The Clurman Theatre (410 West 42nd Street- between 9th and 10th Avenues). The fabulous Lypsinka, Tony Award-winner Alan Cumming (CABARET, 'The Good Wife'), and Tony nominees Alison Fraser (SECRET GARDEN, ROMANCE/ROMANCE) and Andrew Rannells (BOOK OF MORMON) all made appearances at Abingdon Theatre Company's 19th Annual Benefit Gala yesterday, October 24 at Espace, honoring Charles Busch, Julie Halston and Timothy P. Speiss. Beth Leavel, a Tony winner for THE DROWSY CHAPERONE emceed the gala. Carl Andress, who helmed Busch's THE DIVINE SISTER, THE THIRD STORY, DIE MOMMIE DIE! and SHANGHAI MOON, directed.

Yesterday, October 19, MEMPHIS celebrated its second anniversary on Broadway. On hand to celebrate at Glass House Tavern were MEMPHIS creators David Bryan and Joe DiPietro along with their Tony winning cast including Chad Kimball, Montego Glover, Derrick Baskin, J. Monday night marked the 300th performnce for the national tour of HAIR, now performing at Broadways St James Theatre. The Tony Award-winning revival of HAIR kicked of its first national tour at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC on October 28, 2010 (following a preview engagement in New Haven, CT) and played 20 cities around the country before heading back to Broadway for a limited 'Summer of Love' run at the St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street).
