The Long Center for the Performing Arts took home the most prestigious honor from Paciolan Inc.'s 2015 PACnet conference; the Star of the Year Award. The annual PACnet Star of the Year Award acknowledges organizations that exceed expectations and achieve uncommon results in ticketing, marketing, or fundraising.

Star of the Year Award nominees must embrace thought-leading strategies and new technology, leverage the power of Paciolan, Inc. marketing vehicles to drive sales, and develop successful programs to retain and/or grow revenue.

Long Center team members Jamie Grant (President and CEO) Tony Jilek (Vice President of Sales and Marketing), Heath Riddles (Public Relations and Social Media Marketing Manager), Brandon Strange (Digital Media Manager), Eric Cardona (Box Office Manager), and Tiffany Neece (Director of Sales) were on hand to accept the award.

For seven years, Paciolan Inc. presented Hero Awards that recognized the great achievements of clients throughout the year. In the beginning there was a very clear line between each of our categories: Rookie, Innovator and Star. As the years have passed, Paciolan clients became more inspired to achieve the ultimate "Star of the Year" award, and it was found increasingly more difficult to draw the line between each of the categories. At PACnet '14 the awards were adjusted to showcase a star from each genre with new and improved Star of the Year Awards!

Awards are given to organizations whose stories embody the spirit of the award and meet the criteria for nomination, including innovative programs, launching new initiatives, and embracing all of the features and functionalities that Paciolan has to offer.

Paciolan, Inc. is an industry-leading provider of ticketing, marketing, fundraising and sales automation solutions for over 500 live entertainment organizations. Last year's Star of the Year Award winners included Theatre Under the Stars (TUTS), the University of Wisconsin, and Mile One Centre.
