The Hill Country Community Theatre will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a Broadway Revue, on Sunday, June 7 at 3:00 PM. The show will be performed by the Hill Country Community Theatre Players and will feature songs from Broadway hits that have been produced at HCCT over the past 30 years.

The musical numbers will include "Together, Wherever We Go" from Gypsy, "Where Is Love" from Oliver, "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" from The Sound of Music, "Over The Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz, "Some Enchanted Evening" from South Pacific and many more.

Seth Smith, who will also sing, leads the Hill Country Community Theatre Players. Many talented singers from the area will perform solos, duets and choral pieces. The numbers will be accompanied by the piano stylings of Dan McMurrough. Founded in 1985 by Gigi Fischer and Phyl Holbert, the theatre has mounted over 150 productions. For a few years, performances were held in several different locations, including Marble Falls High School and the Cottonwood Shores Fire Department. In 1990, a building that was once a boat dealership in Cottonwood Shores was acquired and was converted into a venue that has been the home for HCCT for the past 25 years.

"We are thrilled to be celebrating 30 years as an integral part of the arts community in supportive Central Texas, and cannot wait to spend another 30 years sharing engaging, live theatre with all of you," said Mike Rademaekers the executive director of HCCT. The line-up for HCCT's 30th Season will be announced to the public during this event. Productions will contain some hilarious comedies, including one by playwrights popular in this community, as well as a well-known mystery and a classic musical.

Tickets are $20 per person. Seating is limited so please make your reservations early. For more information, please call the theatre's box office at (830) 798-8944.

The Hill Country Community Theatre is a 501(c)3 non- profit organization.
