Lawrenceville, GA Ghost Tours celebrates its ninth Halloween as Gwinnett's longest-running and most-visited ghost tour. The Halloween schedule includes tours every night in October.

Lawrenceville, GA Ghost Tours highlights the most vivid stories of the strange and supernatural as a costumed guide leads ghost tour groups on a 90-minute adventure through beautiful Downtown Lawrenceville. Your guide will take you into the old jail, show you where the corpses flew down Honest Alley and tell you other chilling tales that will send a shiver down your spine. Lawrenceville, GA Ghost Toursdoesn't rely on bloody effects or startling patrons like a haunted house - just great stories told by the best storytellers in the region making the tour very popular with both children and adults.

This October there will be extraordinary characters giving their unexpected take on Lawrenceville's macabre past. Storytellers include:

- Miss Hannah Belle Lecter, a genteel lady of impeccable taste (for human flesh).
- The gypsy Madam Fortuna Papanikogiatopoulos, a sometimes psychic who is Lawrenceville's most entertaining connection to the spirit world.
- The Great Barney Balem, a ring leader that chills and thrills; folks are just dying to take his tour.
- Hillbilly Lilly, a ghostly gal who is plum delighted to share spooky stories with all y'all.
- Madame Macabre, a distinctly creepy lady who can spin a yarn like none other. Now in her ninth year on the tour, your apprehensions are her delights.

Even if you have taken the tour before, each guide brings their own unique perspective to Lawrenceville's spooky secrets.

Group pricing is available for Reunions, Scout Troops, Red Hat Groups, Church Groups, Company Outings or Neighborhood Associations. Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes as this is a walking tour that begins and ends at Aurora Theatre, rain or shine.

Ghost Trolley 2013:

On Friday October 25, Lawrenceville Ghost Trolley will travel off the square to more haunted Lawrenceville locations. At the Lawrenceville Female Seminary, ghosts of school girls still run up and down the stairs. At the train depot, a robbery went terribly wrong with deadly consequences. Most shocking to Trolley riders will be our eerie trip to the historic Lawrenceville Cemetery, long regarded as a haunted hot spot by nationally known paranormal investigators.

Tours begin at Aurora Theatre, 128 East Pike Street, Lawrenceville, Ga. Tickets available at Aurora Theatre Box Office or www.scarystroll.com. Reservations: 678-226-6222. City of Lawrenceville Free Parking Deck attached to Aurora Theatre: 153 Crogan Street, Lawrenceville, Ga.
