It's one of the most quoted phrases in show business - "The show must go on." And in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma's track past Atlanta, the ALLIANCE THEATRE has decided to proceed with its regularly scheduled Tuesday evening performance of Shakespeare in Love at the Conant Performing Arts Center.

Also displaced this season while its main performance space is renovated, the Alliance is extending an invitation to all displaced residents of Florida and Texas and any residents from Georgia and South Carolina under a mandatory evacuation order to attend the Tuesday evening performance for free.

"We know that people are probably anxious to get back home after these storms, but if you're still in Atlanta on Tuesday night, please be our guests at one of our homes away from home this season, Oglethorpe University's Conant Performing Arts Center, for a fun evening of exceptional live theater," said ALLIANCE THEATRE Managing Director Mike Schleifer.

The Conant Performing Arts Center Box Office will open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. performance of Shakespeare in Love. Limit 4 tickets per ID.

Oglethorpe University, Conant Performing Arts Center, 4484 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30319.
