VIDEO: Jesse Tyler Ferguson Chats Sofia Vergara, Taylor Swift on VH1

MODERN FAMILY and Shakespeare in the Park star Jesse Tyler Ferguson stopped by VH1's BIG MORNING BUZZ LIVE hosted by Nick Lachey today to talk about how he could have crashed costar Sofia Vergara's wedding to Joe Manganiello, and his gleeful reaction to Taylor Swift's Twitter seal of approval on his cover of "Shake It Off". Ferguson said of Swift: "I'm obsessed with her. I have to admit I'm a new fan. I just sorta discovered her with her new album...So yeah, having her say she liked my cover...which is very good if I do say so myself...that was very sweet of her."

The actor will be appearing in THE TEMPEST at Central Park's Delacorte this summer. Among his past credits for The Public include THE COMEDY OF ERRORS, THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, THE WINTER'S TALE, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM and ON THE TOWN. Ferguson currently stars as 'Mitchell Pritchett' on the Emmy Award-winning ABC comedy MODERN FAMILY. He has also appeared on Broadway in THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE.
