THREE DAY HANGOVER -- the acclaimed interactive theater company -- move into their own venue this fall for two new productions filled with drinking, drama and fun. After staging several acclaimed shows in bars across the city, they will now present DRACULA and TARTUFFE in their new home, McAlpin Hall at The West Park Presbyterian Church on 86th and Amsterdam this fall. The New York City premiere of Steven Dietz's bold interpretation of the timeless classic DRACULA, directed by Lori Wolter Hudson, will run September 30 to October 17, and a brand new adaptation of Moliere's classic farce TARTUFFE, directed by Beth Gardiner, will be performed November 4 to November 21.

DRACULA -- The suspense and seduction of Bram Stoker's terrifying masterpiece are taking the city by storm. Three Day Hangover is proud to present the New York premiere of Steven Dietz's Dracula. Transylvania's most famous resident is on the prowl for fresh flesh, and the only line of defense is a stiff drink! Watch your neck and raise a glass as this timeless thriller springs to life in an immersive and spine-tingling evening of horrifying fun. Leading the cast of DRACULA is January LaVoy (ABC-TV's "One Life to Live," Enron on Broadway) as Van Helsling the Vampire Slayer, in addition to Michael Borrelli, Jonathane Finegan, Justin Yorio, Miranda Noelle Wilson, Nemuna Ceesay and Paul Kite. All actors appear courtesy of Actor's Equity.

TARTUFFE -- Sex, drugs, shaking hands and kissing babies. Three Day Hangover is jumping into politics and the candidate to watch is this November is Tartuffe. We're re-imagining Moliere's searing comedy of hypocrites and heathens for our modern age and there's no better setting for farce and hilarity than a U.S. Senate race. Coming at you from the left and the right, this fast-paced romp will be anything but politically correct as it presses the flesh and proposes a toast to politics as unusual in America. Casting will be announced.

THREE DAY HANGOVER is a New York City theater company that produces fresh, unexpected, immersive, joyful productions of classic plays in unique locations. We meet our audiences on their turf, telling great stories and celebrating some of the most beautiful language in the world. Past productions of The HAMLET Project: Summer in the City, R+J: Star-Cross'd Death Match, Twelfth Night or, Sir Toby Belch's Lonely Hearts Club Cabaret, Drunkle Vanya, and Hank V enjoyed rave reviews, sold out runs and extensions and, most importantly, some of the feistiest, most engaged and raucous audiences New York City has ever seen. Last year, the company was commissioned to create the hit show, Drunk Shakespeare, which is currently running off-Broadway at The Lounge at Roy Arias Stages.
