John Tartaglia will appear at the Upper East Side Barnes and Noble (150 East 86th Street) at 11am on September 19 for a storytime event and to sign copies of the show's original Off-Broadway cast recording.

John Tartaglia'S IMAGINOCEAN, a live black-light puppet show, is the story of Tank, Bubbles, and Dorsel, three fish who are best friends.  The three find a treasure map and set off to look for clues, singing, dancing, and learning the importance of friendship along the way.  The musical features various genres of music, including swing, R&B, and big band, and is suitable for children of all ages.

John Tartaglia originated the roles of Princeton and Rod in AVENUE Q.  His other Broadway credits include BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (Lumière) and SHREK (Pinocchio, The Magic Mirror).  Tartaglia is an accomplished puppeteer who has worked on 'Sesame Street.'  He is also the creator of his own television show, 'Johnny and the Sprites.'
