Singing OnStage Productions will present Side By Side By Sondheim, a fundraiser launching the company's inaugural season of shows. Artistic Director Richard Biever will direct a cast of three, including Sally Wilfert* (B'way: Assassins, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer) Kate Wetherhead* (Legally Blonde, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) with the third cast member to be determined.

Side By Side By Sondheim will be held at The Laurie Beechman Theatre at the West Bank Café, 407 West 42nd Street, NYC 10036 for two performances, September 13 & 15, 2011 at 7pm. Tickets are $20 with a $15 food/beverage minimum and can be purchased by calling 212-695-6909 Side By Side By Sondheim is a musical revue of works from the legendary Stephen Sondheim's musicals. Music and Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim; Music by Leonard Bernstein, Mary Rodgers, Richard Rodgers and Jule Styne. *Member, Actors' Equity Association. AEA Showcase.
In addition to Side By Side By Sondheim, Singing OnStage Productions' other productions will include: The Musical of Musicals! The Musical!, November 11-13, 2011; and Romance Romance, February 10-18, 2012.

Singing OnStage Productions (SOS) is a new musical theatre Production Company located in the heart of New York City's theatre district. SOS is committed to developing new musicals and new talent by providing audition classes, showcase classes taught by industry leaders and producing showcase productions, all of which give participants the opportunity to hone their craft and to be seen by casting directors, directors, agents and other industry. In addition, SOS's unique Music Director Training Program is a rare opportunity for talented musicians to develop their works and to learn from industry leaders the various skills necessary to be a successful music director.
