With Craig Zadan and Neil Meron producing the Oscars, it's not a total surprise a few surprise tributes to the stage might be snuck into the broadcast.

During tonight's awards show, a certain flower backdrop was used, which looked an awful lot like that from FOLLIES' 'Loveland' number, Twitter users have pointed out. Famed set designer Derek McLane, who worked on the 2012 revival of the production, also happened to design the set for this year's Oscars. Coincidence? Check out a photo to the left for reference!

The 86th Annual Academy Awards, hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, are tonight, March 2, 2014, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, and televised live on the ABC Television Network.

The presentation, produced by Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, will also be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
