Neil Patrick Harris stopped by Craig Ferguson to discuss Rent at The Hollywood Bowl, Danny Bonaduce, Harold and Kumar 3, NPH's road trip with David and their dog Fred and more.

Neil Patrick Harris (born June 15, 1973) is an American actor, magician, and singer. Prominent roles of his career include the title role in Doogie Howser, M.D., the womanizing Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother, a fictionalized version of himself in the Harold & Kumar series, and the title role in Joss Whedon's musical web series Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. He also hosted the 63rd Tony Awards on June 7, 2009, and the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards on September 20, 2009. On March 7, 2010, he made a surprise appearance at the 82nd Academy Awards, delivering the opening musical number.

Neil Patrick Harris' stage credits include the Broadway productions of Children And Art, Assassins, Proof, Cabaret. He is directing a production of the rock musical Rent. The stage production will run from August 6-8, 2010 at the Hollywood Bowl. Harris has cast his Beastly co-star Vanessa Hudgens as Mimi.
