The song and video, which showcase a more serious side of the singer, premiered on MTV and VH1 today, January 15.

Adam Lambert got the attention of the nation this year during the eighth season of AMERICAN IDOL, for which he was the runner-up. His wide vocal range and unique musical style has helped Lambert land high on the Billboard charts with multiple debuts on the Hot 100 and the Hot Digital Songs charts. His first album, For Your Entertainment (19 Recordings/RCA), recently debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Charts with 198,469 albums sold in the first week.

Lambert additionally recorded the soundtrack "Time for Miracles" for the disaster movie 2012, released on October 20, 2009 as a side project single. The song also appears on For Your Entertainment. Lambert recently participated in the American Idols LIVE! Tour 2009 with his fellow Top 10 contestants. He is the recipient of the Young Hollywood Award for Artist of the Year and the Teen Choice Award for Reality/Variety Star. Barbara Walters also named him one of the 10 most fascinating people of 2009.

As an actor, Lambert appeared in WICKED twice, once with the touring company in March 2005 for a six month contract, and then opening in the sitdown Los Angeles production in February 2007 and remaining with the show until October 2008. For both engagements in Wicked,he was a member of The Ensemble and understudied the role of Fieryo, the show's love interest.

Lambert most recently made headlines for kissing his male keyboard player on one occasion, and rubbed another male dancer's face in his crotch on another during his American Music Awards Performance, drawing over 1500 complaints to ABC, which broadcast the awards event. He has since been a regular guest on talk shows and popular reality shows such as The View and So You Think You Can Dance. He is set to appear on an upcoming episode of Oprah.
