Gingold Theatrical Group's PROJECT SHAW presents PYGMALION - George Bernard Shaw'a most popular play - on Monday, November 19 at 7pm at The Players Club (16 Gramercy Park South) in Manhattan. David Staller produces and directs.

Now in its seventh sold-out year, Gingold Theatrical Group's PROJECT SHAW made history in December 2009 as the first company ever to present every play (including full-length works, one-acts and sketches) written by George Bernard Shaw.

PYGMALION is one of Shaw's most famous plays. First presented in 1914, this comedy follows the tempestuous story of the linguistics professor and the flower girl. It was an instant sensation and was the inspiration for the musical My Fair Lady.

The cast features Reg Rogers as Higgins; Ana Reeder as Eliza; Daniel Jenkins as Pickering; Daniel Davis as Doolittle; Cynthia Harris as Mrs. Higgins; Jeanne lehman as Mrs. Pearce; Robin Leslie Brown as Mrs. Eynsford-Hill; Zachary Spicer and Emily Taplin Boyd as her children; and Ian Gould. Michael Musto of the Village Voice narrates.

The guest host is Terry Teachout of the Wall Street Journal.

David Staller produces and directs all of the PROJECT SHAW readings.
