Oyster Mill Playhouse in Camp Hill is pleased to present its second musical of the 2014, Evita; with lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. It is produced by special arrangement with Rodgers and Hammerstein.

Evita is the story of Argentina's first lady, Eva Peron, as told through the eyes of revolutionary Che Guevara. Learn of her rise to power from literally nothing to marrying General, and later, President Juan Peron. Beloved by the people of Argentina but despised by those in power, she becomes a polarizing figure in history. Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical presentation garnered three Tony awards and has been revived many times on the Broadway stage.

Evita opens Friday, September 26th and runs three weekends through Sunday, October 12th. Curtain is 8 PM Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and 2 PM on Sundays.
