Designer Michelle Franklin won Project Runway's ninth episode Lord & Taylor challenge with a chartreuse satin color-blocked shift in chiffon and microsuede trim. The episode aired Thursday night and her winning design went on sale in select Lord & Taylor stores and online Friday morning.

The dress, priced at $259, sold out online by 8:45am Friday morning! Franklin spoke to Racked and said, "I'm pretty over the moon that I'm in Lord & Taylor." And when asked about how the reproduction compared to the original, Franklin said it looked "exactly the same."

Franklin has had no formal design training, but always designed garments for herself. After a career in the wine industry, she decided to follow her passion for fashion and created her own label Au Clothing. As for the rest of the season of Project Runway, Franklin's lips were sealed. She did say, "Look out for massive amounts of creativity when the right teams are put together."
