Marc Baron Named New President of The Lambs

The Lambs, America's first professional theatrical club, announces its 35th Shepherd (president) is Marc Baron. Mr. Baron has been the Boy (VP) for over 8 years and a club member for more than 30 years.

Marc Baron has been re-elected to the NY SAG-AFTRA Board serving more than 5 years as part of the USAN slate. Mr. Baron is an actor, singer, director, screenwriter. His comedy film, MegaBall$ is being developed by his Oroloro Entertainment. Marc also serves on the Council of the Episcopal Actors Guild, an entertainment industry charity, and on The Lambs Foundation, the entertainment-based charity branch of The Lambs.

Scott Glascock assumes the role of Boy (VP) of The Lambs. Mr. Glascock is a graduate of Yale, and a served nine years as the Treasurer of The Episcopal Actors Guild. Mr. Glascock is an actor and a member of the NY Bar Association, and also serves on The Lambs Foundation

The Lambs originated in London in 1868, and has been operating non-stop since its founding in NYC in 1874. Lambs were involved in the formation of Actors' Equity Association (named by a Shepherd of The Lambs), The Actors Fund of America, ASCAP, The Masquers of L.A., and Screen Actors Guild. Lambs' members have been awarded Oscars, Emmys, Grammys and Tonys. Current members include Abe Vigoda and Joyce Randolph (The Honeymooners).
