Hollywood's legendary El Capitan Theatre presents a special engagement of "Muppets Most Wanted," the latest Muppets adventure from Disney in Dolby Atmos from today, March 21-April 17, 2014. Guests have the opportunity to see Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy sing live on stage before every showing of the movie.

"The El Capitan Theatre is Muppet headquarters for "Muppets Most Wanted," said Lylle Breier, senior vice president of worldwide special events for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. "Only at The El Capitan will guests have the opportunity to see Muppet props and costumes with Animal's drum set and Miss Piggy's wardrobe - including her Vivienne Westwood couture wedding gown!"

Daily showtimes are 10 a.m., 1:10 p.m., 4:20 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. with special 10:30 p.m. showtimes opening weekend (March 21-23) and Friday and Saturday nights following. Tickets for THE MOST SENSATIONAL MUPPET WORKSHOP must be purchased with a movie ticket.

The El Capitan Theatre will also host a special "Tiny Tot Tuesday" every Tuesday at 10 a.m. only. During this special screening of Disney's "Muppets Most Wanted," parents and small children can enjoy the movie in a tot-friendly way- in 2D, complete with lights dimmed rather than out and reduced sound levels!

ABOUT THE MOVIE: Disney's "Muppets Most Wanted" takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe's most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid, Dublin and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine-the World's Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit-and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais. The film stars Tina Fey as Nadya, a feisty prison guard, and Ty Burrell as Interpol agent Jean Pierre Napoleon. Disney's "Muppets Most Wanted" is directed by James Bobin and produced by David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman. Bobin wrote the screenplay with Nicholas Stoller, who is also executive producer with John G. Scotti. Featuring music from Academy Award-winning songwriter Bret McKenzie, "Muppets Most Wanted" hits the big screen March 21, 2014.
