LIGHT Vegas Holiday Party Recap w Panic! At the Disco & More

This past Wednesday, December 18, LIGHT Nightclub at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas presented their #LiveForTheLight holiday party and hosted a special night of musical performances by hip-hop superstar J. Cole, rockers Panic! at the Disco, New Politics and KREWELLA.

Vegas-bred rockers Panic! at the Disco returned to their roots and kicked off the festive concert at 8 p.m. The singers lit up the LIGHT stage as they performed their hit songs "Miss Jackson" and "This Is Gospel" to a capacity crowd of adoring fans.

More was in store for music lovers as New Politics rocked the crowd at 9 p.m. with a high-energy set. Known for their hit song "Harlem," the group had partygoers dancing non-stop. The crowd was also in awe as they performed the song with the incredible Cirque Du Soleil performers. New Politics closed the set with "Tonight You're Perfect."

Next up was Roc Nation's J.Cole. The hip-hop superstar blazed the stage at 10:30 p.m. performing a mash up of his songs to a live band including "Crooked Smile," "She Knows" and the smash hit song "Power Trip" off his latest album Born Sinner. The rapper is set to return to Las Vegas on NYE to countdown the New Year at Light Group's 1Oak Nightclub.

The blow-out event concluded with a bounce-inducing set by Chicago EDM trio KREWELLA. Club revelers were treated to a live performance of several of their hits and other songs off their debut album Get Wet including "Alive," "Live For the Night" and "Enjoy The Ride." Later KREWELLA performed a hard-hitting DJ set. DJ Stellar performed before and after the Krew. In the house was legendary rapper Flavor Flav of Public Enemy who watched KREWELLA's set as the club'sCirque Du Soleil dancers dressed in astronaut/space explorer theme delicately twirled overhead.
