The Lincoln Center Theater/ LCT3 production of The Who & The What, by Ayad Akhtar, directed by Kimberly Senior, has been extended through Sunday, July 27 at the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65th Street). The Who & The What, which features Tala Ashe, Greg Keller, Nadine Malouf, and Bernard White, was originally scheduled to run through July 13.

The Who & The What tells the story of Zarina (Nadine Malouf), a brilliant and outspoken Pakistani-American writer, who goes to great lengths to please her family, even dating a convert to Islam (Greg Keller) to please her traditional father (Bernard White). But when her father and sister (Tala Ashe) read the manuscript of Zarina's novel about women and Islam, a confrontation ensues which threatens to tear their family apart for good.

The Who & The What is performed Monday and Wednesday through Sunday evenings at 7pm with matinees on Saturday and Sunday at 2pm.

Tickets are available at the Lincoln Center Theater box office, telecharge.com or by visiting www.lct3.org.

The LCT3 2013-2014 program is supported by generous grants from The Harold and Mimi Steinberg Charitable Trust, Ford Foundation, The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, and Time Warner Foundation.
