Kathryn Gallagher (Dust Can't Kill Me , Spring Awakening), Garth Taylor (The Rooks), and Sydney Torin Shepherd (First Date) join the company of HALF BAKED, a new theatrical concert experience showcasing three new works in progress by songwriter, Elliah Heifetz ( Dust Can't Kill Me), and director, Srda Vasiljevic (Dust Can't Kill Me, Spring Awakening).

The concert will be held at 8:00PM on April 20, 2017 at Cape House in Brooklyn.

Taylor, Gallagher, and Shepherd will be joined by Heifetz, Bandits on the Run's Regina Strayhorn and Adrian Blake Enscoe, who received NYMF honors for his performance in Dust Can't Kill Me. The talented cast of actors-turned-band is joined by the evening's orchestrator and music director, Max Gordon (Dust Can't Kill Me, The Skin of Our Teeth). Choreography for the evening by Jennifer Jancuska and her company, The BringAbout.

The concert will feature hit songs from the award-winning NYMF production of Dust Can't Kill Me, a bold new folk musical about five wayward souls cast into a dust storm with the promise of paradise. Additionally, the concert will premiere songs from two new collaborations; We Are Pilgrims, a millennial reimagining of The Canterbury Tales as a road trip to a modern Woodstock developed with Jennifer Jancuska and The BringAbout, and Louis Sachar's Holes, a new high-spirited adaptation of the beloved children's novel. Heifetz and Vasiljevic reunite after their award winning work on Dust Can't Kill Me at NYMF and (Le) Poission Rouge.

HALF BAKED will be one of the first events to open up Cape House's new downstairs performance venue in Brooklyn, and the concert will take full advantage of its high-holiday date (April 20) to give audiences the perfect atmosphere to take in a dope new collection of joint collaborations.
