Tony Award-winning playwright Joe DiPietro joins The Episcopal Actors' Guild (EAG) for a conversation about his work as part of their Anatomy of a Musical series. DiPietro's credits include the book and lyrics for Memphis and the book for Nice Work If You Can Get It. He will be interviewed by producer Margot Astrachan of A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder and Nice Work If You Can Get It.

Talkin' Broadway praises his work, saying, "DiPietro engages our emotions without ever being cloying and scores with considerable down-to-earth wisdom. His robust humor has wit and style, and derives from character."

The event takes place on Tuesday, Nov. 18 in Guild Hall at 1 East 29th Street starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 for EAG members and $15 for non-EAG members (suggested).

To RSVP, call (212) 685-2927 or email matt@actorsguild.org.
