 Curtis Holbrook, an original cast member of XANADU, will return to the hit musical July 1st through 31st playing the role of Sonny.  Holbrook steps in for Cheyenne Jackson who will be starring in the City Center Encores production of "Damn Yankees".  Jackson will return on July 29th.
Curtis Holbrook played the roles of Thalia and Young Danny in "Xanadu". He recently left the  show for the upcoming Playwrights Horizons' production of "Saved".  Holbrook was recently featured in "Hairspray" (the movie) and his Broadway credits include "All Shook Up", "The Boy from Oz", "Taboo", "Fosse" and "Footloose".

XANADU stars Kerry Butler, Cheyenne Jackson, Tony Roberts, Jackie Hoffman and Mary Testa and features Kenita Miller, Patti Murin, Kyle Dean Massey and Andre Ward.  It has been honored by 6 Drama Desk Nominations -Best Musical, Best Book, Best Direction, Best Choreography, Best Actor (Jackson), Best Featured Actress (Testa) as well as an Outer Critics Circle nomination for Best Musical and Drama League nominations for Best Musical and Distinguished Performance Awards (Butler, Jackson).
