In continuing with our now-long-standing tradition of providing burlesque for the thinking man and the drinking man, GDP Productions (in collaboration with B Someday Productions) presents Skindiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Harlot: An Indiana Jones Burlesque.

The second annual Valentine's Day collaboration between GDP and B Someday Productions, and the fourth overall collaboration over the past 2 years, Raiders of the Lost Harlot is written by Cubby Altobelli and directed by James Kiesel. Previous shows in the series include The Thighlight Zone, We Need Your Support (A PBS Burlesque), and A Study in Pink (A Sherlock Holmes burlesque).

With these shows, GDP seeks to blur the lines between traditional theatre performance and burlesque, providing satire, nuance, and production value in addition to the traditional glitz and tease typically associated with such shows. Our burlesque (and this show in particular) is much more than burlesque; it features fights by Shoshanna Ruth, puppetry by Ken Sandberg, and several other surprises along the way. The show features an all-star cast composed of some of the top burlesque talent in Philadelphia, including Tesla Tease, Foxie Hart, and Melissa Bang Bang.

Performances are February 12th - 16th at 8pm and February 17th at 4pm, at Walking Fish Theatre, 2509 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. Perks include Industry night, Wednesday pay what you can, and Thursday free craft beer from local brewers for all patrons. $18 Tickets are available at www.bsomeday.org, www.gdpproductions.com or by calling 215 427 9255.
