Feinstein and Edna's ALL ABOUT ME is on the Move: Now to Play at Henry Miller's Theatre

It is with great reluctance but enormous panache, given the expanding parameters of the production, that All About Me announces a new first - it Moving Theatres even before opening. The production will now begin performances at Henry Miller's Theatre (124 West 43rd St.) moving two blocks from one of the New York's prime theatres - and the originally announced - The John Golden Theatre. Michael Feinstein and Dame Edna's newly joint venture All About Me will begin previews Friday, February 19, 2010 and opening on Thursday, March 18, 2010.

Says the stars of the necessary move:

DE: "The show has become even more elaborate than I imagined" MF: "There will be a twelve piece orchestra" 
DE: "There is much more scenery than I could even chew" 
MF: "My costume changes may even rival Dame Edna's" 
DE: "Two more artists have joined the company, doubling our cast size"
MF: "And do I know from strobe lights?" 
DE: "Henry Miller. John Golden. I just love men" 
MF: "I wonder if they were lovers" 
DE: "Oh, you, concert divas always have to get in the last word" 

All About Me is written by Christopher Durang and directed by Jerry Zaks. Tickets will be available through Telecharge.com, or 212-239-6200 at a date to be announced and the box office will open at a later date also to be announced soon.

Roundabout Theatre Company's production of Bye Bye Birdie is currently playing at Henry Miller's Theatre through January 24, 2010. All About Me is produced by Jeffrey Richards and Jerry Frankel.
