The Wimberley Players present GREATER TUNA by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears and Ed Howard, running now through May 17.

Directed by Aaron Johnson and produced by Terri Bisett, the production plays Friday & Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. For tickets, visit www.wimberleyplayers.org or call the Box Office at 512-847-0575. The Wimberley Playhouse is located at 450 Old Kyle Road.

This is a hilarious comedy about the third smallest town in Texas where the Lions Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies. An eclectic band of 20 Tuna citizens -- men, women, children and a dog -- are portrayed by only two performers, making this savvy take on rural life (the good and not so good) even funnier and more insightful.

R. Michael Clinkscales and Will Mercer (pictured) star in multiple roles.
