Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Emily Wade Adams in her own Amy Winehouse tribute show on February 1.

Amy Winehouse's music roars back to life in this jazzy, funky, booty-shaking get-down, featuring a selection of her originals, the standards that inspired her, and songs by other artists with whom she shared a connection.

Also honored will be the late Sharon Jones, whose Dap-Kings backed Amy on her Grammy-winning album, "Back to Black," which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Adams' electrifying cabaret has played from California to New England, finally making its NYC debut at Feinstein's/54 Below.

Featuring some of the country's foremost musicians, "Love is Blind" delivers a passionate tribute that will have you on your feet dancing by the night's end. If you love jazz, soul, or R&B, you won't want to miss this evening of music inspired by one of the world's most creative spirits.

Born into a family that spent Sundays blasting soul music instead of going to church, Emily Wade Adams auditioned for her first musical at age 3, started piano at 4, and danced from the time she could walk. Hailing from Cape Cod, she attended Wake Forest University on a Presidential Scholarship for Voice before moving to San Francisco, where she performed with Ray of Light Theatre as Mrs. Walker in The Who's Tommy, Shawntel in Jerry Springer: The Opera, and Marty in Grease (starring Beth Behrs), and debuted her own cabaret tribute to Amy Winehouse, Love is Blind. She also sang with the San Francisco Symphony and fronted a retro R&B band called the Cosmo Alleycats, with whom she performed at The Fillmore's Poster Room Lounge, Yoshi's Lounge, the Boom Boom Room, and the Fillmore Street Jazz Festival. In 2013, Emily returned to the East Coast, and has since appeared at the Cotuit Center for the Arts, Wellfleet Preservation Hall, and the Spire Center for the Performing Arts. In addition, she often provides vocals for bassist Jon Evans' Brick Hill Recording Studio projects, including Anne Stott's Love Never Dies, Humberto Cordero's UnReQuieted and A Mind of Winter, upcoming albums for Tom Tracy and Chris Vincent, and virtual vocals for Heavyocity Media. Emily's non-musical interests include nutrition, yoga, and cocktails (hence, the nutrition & yoga). She loves to be on the water, cuddle her cats Oops + Wicket, and watch the sun set over the New York skyline from her roof.
