DanceWorks Chicago (DWC) recognizes Chicago choreographers selected for Dance Chance: Redux 5.0 and puts the monthly Dance Chance events on hold to start 2014.

DanceWorks Chicago, in partnership with the Ruth Page Center (RPC), co-hosted Dance Chance: Redux 5.0, as part of the Ruth Page Dance Series at Northeastern Illinois University on October 11. Chicago-based choreographers Joshua Blake Carter, Ricardo Garcia, Angela Dice Nguyen, and Rachel Pike were selected for participation in Dance Chance: Redux 5.0, after having participated in Dance Chance in the 2012-2013 season. The $1000 Producer's Panel Prize was awarded to Joshua Blake Carter in recognition of his outstanding choreographic promise.
