Jacob Snider:

A pianist since age five, Jacob Snider uses his jazz background to create thoughtful, soul-driven songs that stand apart from familiar coffeehouse music. A native of Philadelphia, Jacob's masterful storytelling and musicianship placed him in the top four at the national College Battle of the Bands competition in 2010. Now at 22 and preparing to graduate from Columbia University, Jake has shared the stage with such artists as The Civil Wars, Parachute, and Chiddy Bang. He has also performed live on NPR affiliate WXPN; and graced the stage at BMI's Acoustic Brunch at SXSW. Next up, Jacob will release a new album and start his multi-city tour.
