Lee Summers' Just A Piano SM Concert Series continues in an all-star line up over the next few months. The artists performing purely to piano accompaniment alone include stars from Broadway, recording, TV and film.

Starting in 2006, Lee Summers' Just A Piano SM Concert Series has presented numerous top artists such as Broadway/TV's, Roz Ryan, Tony Award Winner, Lillias White, Tony Award Winner, Adriane Lenox, Tricia Jeffrey (All Shook Up), Chris Morgan (Kiss Me Kate) recording sensation Alyson Williams ("Just Call My Name"), Marva Hicks (Caroline or Change), Julie Reiber (Wicked), Crystal Mone Hall (Rent) Shoshana Bean (Hairspray/Wicked), Antonio Edwards, Kevin-Anthony, co-founder of "Black2 Broadway" and many others.
Other upcoming artists on the series include: Singer/Composer/Pianist, Aziza Miller - April 13th @ 9:30pm, Erika Banks - April 25th @ 7pm, The Little Mermaid's, Zakiya Young Mizen (Featuring Norm Lewis) - April 27th @ 9:30pm, The Series' Creator, Lee Summers - May 11th @ 9:30pm, Drowsy Chaperone's Kecia Lewis-Evans June 1st at 7pm and June 5th @ 9:30pm and Tony Award Winner/Grammy Nominee, Melba Moore June 1st at 9:30pm. Tituss Burgess - June 29th @ 9:30pm, Tony Award Winner, Lillias White returns in her sixth "Just A Piano" Concert on July 20th. Also Coming Soon to "Just A Piano": Broadways Chester Gregory and Recording Artist, Mel' isa Morgan ("Do Me Baby").

Just A Piano SM Concert Series featured pianists include, Timothy Graphenreed, Brian Whitted, James Samplina, Onaje Allan Gumbs, Shelton Becton and many more.

Just A Piano SM Concert Series Creator, Lee Summers has been the General Manager/Booker at the Triad since 2006. He appeared in the original Broadway Production of Dreamgirls and reprised his same role in the Dreamgirls 20th Anniversary Benefit Performance. Summers was also a featured vocalist at New York's Motown Café and later received critical acclaim from the New York Times for his work in Off-Broadway's Little Ham and as producer, conceiver, co-author, composer of From My Hometown (www.fromyhometown.net ) and as co-author/composer of The Funkentine Rapture (www.funkentinerapture.com ).
