Metropolitan Performing Arts
Vancouver, Washington youth theater program
Metropolitan Performing Arts (MPA) is a nonprofit organization based in the Vancouver-Portland metro area that has been enriching our community through the performing arts for over 15 years. We are committed to providing inclusive programming that engages youth, families, and the broader community. Through scholarships and financial assistance, we ensure that no one is excluded from the opportunity to experience the transformative power of theatre. MPA is more than just a theatre—it’s a place where individuals are embraced for who they are. For example, my own child has found an extraordinary sense of belonging and joy in this space. Beyond our work with youth, we’ve expanded our programming to include partnerships with organizations like HOPE Dementia Support and PHAME, extending the arts to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities and individuals with dementia. Together, we are fostering a community where everyone has access to the magic of the performing arts.
