Music Theatre Wichita continues its 43rd summer season this week with the third of its five large-scale productions, Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's first show, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor® Dreamcoat, at Century II Concert Hall in downtown Wichita, KS. Directed and choreographed by the husband and wife team of Lyndy Franklin Smith and Jeromy Smith, the production stars Ian Patrick Gibb (three-year veteran of "Les Mis" tour, and soon to appear in Disney's "Hunchback of Notre Dame" at La Jolla Playhouse) as Joseph, and Darcie Roberts ("Curtains," "Crazy for You," "Aida," "Busker Alley") as the Narrator, with Nicholas F. Saverine ("Phantom of the Opera," "Les Mis") as Jacob and Potiphar, and recent University of Michigan graduate Ryan Vasquez as the Pharaoh.

Thomas W. Douglas is musical director, keyboardist and conductor, and other artistic collaborators include set designer J Branson, costume designers Shawn-Adrian DeCou and Amber Creasser, hair and wig designer Alena Sellers, sound designer Josh Gordon, and lighting designer David Neville.
