Music Theatre Wichita continues its 2017 Season, "Hollywood to Broadway: A Summer Festival of Musical Theatre" by introducing patrons to Stephen Schwartz and Alan Menken's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Based on the Victor Hugo novel and several film adaptations (including the 1996 Disney animated film that uniTed Schwartz and Menken to create the songs that form the basis of the stage play), Hunchback runs through July 30 in the Century II Concert Hall in downtown Wichita, KS. The fourth of five locally produced Broadway-scale productions, The Hunchback of Notre Dame is part of the organization's 46th season, which is also the 30th season for producing artistic director Wayne Bryan.

Matt Udland leads a choir of young performers from Butler Community College.
