Nick and Charlie have procrastinated their 20s into oblivion. Spending most of their days smoking on the sofa and losing contact with everyone else in their lives (the only people they're keeping up with are the Kardashians) they have lost all purpose and control. This seems to be their certain future until they receive some shocking news that their old uni friend, Jamie, has died. The boys decide to do something to remember Jamie. Something that absolutely terrifies them... exercise. In this buddy comedy musical about a 10k, the world of fitness and masculinity collides with the camp ridiculousness of a night out at the musicals!
